Very friendly personal. We came in very late in the evening and they are pet friendly! The beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast had enough variation and was fresh.

The hotel room was clean and so comfy. The beds were some of the most comfortable I can remember! The room featured AC as well as large windows to open for fresh breeze, as well as lots of counter space to hold our tea, snacks, etc. The staff was very professional and so helpful, and I appreciated all of the local foods available in the lobby for sale, as well as the local foods used in the breakfast!

The staff are so helpful. Secure storage for our bikes. Easy access by the tram into town, exceptional breakfast with local produce. Overall an amazing experience. We hope to come back next year…

Hotel looked completely refurbished, everything looked new. Room was spacious, beds were large and comfortable. Secured carpark at the back. Hotel even has a wide range of ready made homecooked meals for purchase from a nearby place, really handy as we arrived late at night and it was delicious.

Clean, decently-sized room, comfy bed, good aircon, wireless charging pads on bedside table, quiet, good breakfast, free secure parking, good selection of local produce for sale (which I appreciated, although I didn't partake)

Very friendly staff, very good service clean spacious room and bathroom. Perfect for an overnight stay on our way to Rotterdam ferry port.

Better bathroom that other cheap hotel options. Good aircon. Hotel restaurant was closed and the receptionist gave us alternatives. Close to tram stop so we went into Orleans centre.
